The private welcome, the kindness and advice of our host and attentive staff. The riad is very beautiful, the room very large, well equipped, with a double bed. Everything was perfect!

The treatment of the staff, in particular the owner's instructions to get to know the city. The concern to help you with everything: finding a taxi, changing money... The breakfast is very good.

The door was closed when we arrived, and there was no bell, we had doubts about how to get in and if the hotel would be in operation.

Everything about our stay at Riad Andilib was exceptional beginning with the welcome by our host, Reibal Idrissi. Reibal gave us a talk about the history of Fez, Islam in Fez, the Riad, and how to navigate the Medina. We did not get lost! His key staff members, Iman and Omar were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The entire Riad is beautiful! From the welcoming lobby to the rooms with well appointed furniture - the attention to detail in design is clear. We were treated like a king and queen during our stay, we hated to leave! Location just inside the Medina gate was particularly convenient.
